Figures from the Harris County Appraisal District (or the Houston Chronicle Appraisal District) reveal that the IMPROVEMENT VALUE PER SQUARE FOOT for 4747 Southwest Freeway was 29 CENTS in 2017, 74 CENTS in 2018, and $4.68 in 2021. (It might be lower since Chronicle protested.) The Chronicle and our Tax Assessor suffer from Trumpitis.
